Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship orders to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

  • Carrier: USPS / UPS (depending on package size and destination)
  • Where we ship: United States (and select regions if available at checkout)
  • Order confirmation: You’ll receive an email with your order details right after purchase

Processing Times

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During big drops, holidays, or high-volume weeks, processing may take a little longer.

Heads up: Business days are Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping promos may run occasionally and will be shown at checkout when active.
  • Some products may require signature confirmation (higher value orders).

Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you don’t have it, check with neighbors/building staff first.
  • Then contact us and we’ll help you file a carrier inquiry if needed.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select categories or locations. If pickup is available, you’ll see it as an option at checkout.

  • Pickup details and timing are provided after checkout.
  • Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.

Returns

Due to the nature of sealed trading card products and collectibles, all sales are final on:

  • Sealed booster packs, booster boxes, tins, and other sealed TCG items
  • Breaks / randomized items / mystery or surprise products
  • Opened items, used items, or items not in original condition

If you received the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right — see the section below.

Why? Sealed products can’t be verified once returned, so we can’t accept them back.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If something shows up damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review and resolve quickly.

  • Include: order number + photos of the item + photos of the shipping box/label
  • Damage claims: must show packaging + product condition clearly
  • Wrong item: we’ll send the correct item or refund if unavailable
